Davis would answer in the top of the 5th with and RBI double off right-hander Health Hembree, who relieved Porcello to face Davis, recapturing the lead, 3-2. Boston — The wait is over. After not recording a hit in his last 54 at-bats, a major league record dating back to last season, Orioles first baseman Chris Davis broke out with three hits and four RBIs, leading Baltimore to a 9-5 win over the Red Sox, Saturday afternoon. Red Sox catcher Christian Vasquez knotted the game in the bottom of the 3rd with a two-run homer off Orioles start Andrew Cashner (W, 3-1). Left hander Tanner Scott got Baltimore out of the inning, and right hander Mychal Givens would come on with one out in the 8th. Givens recored five outs to finish things off. Baltimore then opened things up in the top of the 6th. Right hander Colton Brewer replaced Hembree to start the inning and promptly issued two walks and a single to load the bases.
